What is Direct Primary Care membership?  This model is becoming more popular as many people- both patients and providers- are getting frustrated with the cost and limitations of the insurance model.  This membership allows you access to the physician with priority scheduling (typically same or next business day), as well as priority messaging and discounts on supplements and other services. Simply choose the level that is best for you and your family!  This allows you to have longer visits with the physician and to be able to discuss all your issues without the limits of insurance plans.  If you have insurance, that's totally fine!  It can be used to cover labs, prescriptions, and imaging, as well as to send referrals. We will even submit directly for reimbursement for part of your visit cost for our HMSA members! These memberships can act as an adjunct to save on other services, as well!

 

What is included in the membership?

• One free standard visit per month (in-person or virtual)

• 25% off additional standard visits

• 10% discount on supplements

• Priority scheduling (typically same day or next business day)

• $25 off IVs- ozone, high dose vitamin C, multi-vitamin

• $5 off B12 injections

• 5% off all injection therapies

• 5% off all cosmetic procedures

Don't want to purchase a membership?  That's completely fine! All services are still available at their standard pricing! Please note for lab fees, if you have insurance it will be covered at the percentage outlined in your contract with your insurance company. Please make sure you understand your obligations with payment, as we are not aware of the specifications of your plan. Contact your insurance provider directly with any specific questions regarding coverage. For those patients without insurance, we will typically use a mainland company to help keep your costs down.  We understand that financial health is also an important part of general health and do our best to help with this while still providing quality care.

After the initial enrollment fee, the monthly fee will be billed in order to access the benefits of this program.  You may cancel at any time with written notice prior to the end of your plan year. Please note: This is a 1 year contract that will continue indefinitely each month after 12 months until cancelled. If you cancel within the 1st year of plan enrollment you may be responsible for cost of services rendered that exceed total amount of monthly fees paid.
